Vitamin D

Vitamin D has been something that is lacked in certain areas of the country. Specifically areas where sunlight is minimal during certain times of the year. Alaska, unfortunately does not have much sunlight during our winter months. Vitamin D is a very important supplement that plays a vital role in our overall health. Not only is it needed for our bones but it also is an important source to combat Seasonal Affective Disorder aka Seasonal Depression.
